Kathryn manages the accounting and treasury functions for the Fund.  She also provides support to operations to ensure efficiencies, continuity of processes and adequacy of internal controls. She has extensive financial and accounting experience, having held either Controller or CFO equivalent positions for over a decade. In her last position, she served as the Controller of Conservation Services Group January 2007 to 2009 where Kathryn managed the accounting and budget functions and rolled out best practice policies to all regional offices. Her experience includes entities as diverse as MotherNature.com and Forrester Research and industries as diverse as SilverPlatter Information (electronic publisher) and Dunkin’ Donuts Ventures (hospitality startup).  Kathryn’s responsibilities included development of the finance department worldwide to support significant offshore US operations, implementation of financial controls in anticipation of an IPO, incorporation of dual financial and business partner roles, and hands on as well as management of SEC reporting

Kathryn is a CPA and graduated from Northeastern University with an MS in Accounting and an MBA.  She completed her undergraduate degree at Trinity College, Hartford, CT.
